This little

this outfit with this adorable shirred top that ties around the neck.
I appliquéd this cute little kitty onto the front. She is so sweet
with her blue button eyes and swarovski crystal collar! Her tail has a
sweet little bow on it! The Skirt is just as cute, with different
pinks, blues, and black polka dots! It is very full and great for
twirling! It has an elastic waist and is finished off with black binding!
