love this little dress!
This
little dress turned out so cute! I love the Red, White, and Blue and you
can wear this one for the 4th of July, as well as all summer long! This
little dress has a v-neck halter that ties around the neck and has
shirring in the back for a great fit! I added a few buttons for a little
extra detail! The bottom is made with this adorable red floral fabric
along with navy stripes and a little gingham ruffle!! It is very full and
great for twirling!
